How to Submit Your Request

1. Prepare the following details
   • Registered Email (required)
   • Account ID / UID (if any)
   • Additional Notes (optional)
     
     
2. Send your request
   • Preferred: Submit the online deletion form at https://anshinfx.com/account-delete
   • Alternative: Email the above details to soporte té[email protected]
     
     
3. Verify your identity
   You will receive a confirmation link or one‑time code (OTP) at your registered email. Follow the instructions to verify the request.
   
   
4. Processing time
   Once verified, deletion will be completed within 7 business days. If more time is needed (e.g., incomplete verification), we will notify you by email.

Scope of Deletion

• Login credentials and basic profile data
• Preferences and usage logs (except where retention is required by law)
